Right to withdraw from the contract<\/h2>\n\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. For contracts for the provision of services and contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the period runs from the day the contract is concluded. <\/p>\n\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or by e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory. <\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the relevant period has expired.<\/p>\n\n

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract<\/h3>\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us). For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. <\/p>\n\n

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n\n

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n\n

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n
