Shipping and Payment

In the E-Moto Park online store, we offer fast and reliable shipping options and various payment methods.
Items in stock are usually shipped the next business day, delivery is available throughout the Czech Republic,
and with selected payment methods you can also receive a special discount.

Payment Options

• Cash on Delivery – pay when receiving the parcel at the pick-up point or from the courier.
• Bank Transfer / QR Payment – after placing your order, you will receive the details for the bank transfer.
  Once the payment is credited to our account, the parcel will be shipped.
  With this payment method you can get a 2% discount on your order. The discount does not apply to electric motorcycles and scooters.
• Online Card Payment – fast and secure online card payment.
• Essox – Purchase on Installments (from CZK 3,000 and above and only in Czech Republic). More information about installment purchase
• Essox – Split Payment (from CZK 2,000 to CZK 30,000 and only in Czech Republic). More information about split payment
• Personal Pickup – items can be collected and paid in cash at the company’s premises.

Notice: Czech customers are required to pay in CZK. Foreign customers must pay their orders in EUR.

Delivery Conditions

• The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods.
• Items in stock are usually shipped the next business day.
• The standard delivery time is up to 10 days from order confirmation.
• We provide delivery throughout the Czech Republic via courier service.
• Personal pickup is possible at our premises or through selected dealers.
• Each shipment includes a tax document.
