• The rim is made of 7000 series aluminium, which is the strongest and lightest on the market.
• 4 layers of painting: filler paint, colour base, tinted paint and final matt paint (possibility of changing the rim colour /choice from the swatch in the photo gallery)
• Significantly better strength compared to OEM rims.
• Three-stage heat treatment process to achieve the highest available strength.
• All rims have passed tensile strength and hardness tests.
• Forged hub made from 6061 T-6 aluminum and CNC machined for precision fit, increased strength and maximum weight savings (your hub can be used/sent to us by mail, discount included)
• The strong aluminium material and heat treatment ensure that the material has the highest strength.
• Spikes and nipples in stainless steel/65Mn to prevent abrasion. Excellent tensile strength to prevent stretching. All spokes have been tensile tested with improved flexibility.
